1. Introduction

VietDJ ("we", "the app") provides a platform for booking DJ, sound, and lighting services for events. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when using the VietDJ app.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Information You Provide

  • Account info: full name, email, phone number, password (encrypted)
  • Booking info: date, time, event location, service type, notes
  • Profile and service images: uploaded via the app

2.2. Automatically Collected

  • Device: model, OS, app version
  • Usage: screens viewed, in-app actions (to improve UX)

2.3. Not Collected

  • No actual GPS location (only manually entered event addresses)
  • No access to contacts, calendar, microphone
  • No cross-app tracking

3. How We Use Information

  • Process bookings, connect customers with service providers (agents)
  • Send confirmations and booking status notifications
  • Improve app quality
  • Provide technical support when you contact us

4. Information Sharing

  • With agents: only necessary info to fulfill bookings (name, phone, location)
  • No selling to third parties
  • Per legal requirement: only with valid court orders

5. Data Security

  • Passwords hashed with bcrypt
  • Data transmitted over HTTPS
  • Auth tokens stored in SecureStore (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)
  • Backend protected by Directus with role-based access control

6. User Rights

You may:

  • Access your personal information
  • Edit or delete information in the app's Profile section
  • Request account deletion by emailing support@vietdj.vn
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

7. Data Retention

  • Data stored on servers in Vietnam
  • Deleted accounts retained for 30 days before permanent deletion (for recovery)

8. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Policy Changes

When this policy changes, we will notify within the app and update the "Effective" date at the top.

VietDJ ("chúng tôi", "ứng dụng") cung cấp nền tảng đặt dịch vụ DJ, âm thanh, ánh sáng cho sự kiện. Chính sách này mô tả cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân của bạn khi sử dụng ứng dụng VietDJ.

2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

2.1. Thông tin do bạn cung cấp

  • Thông tin tài khoản: họ tên, email, số điện thoại, mật khẩu (mã hóa)
  • Thông tin đặt dịch vụ: ngày giờ, địa điểm sự kiện, loại dịch vụ, ghi chú
  • Ảnh đại diện và ảnh dịch vụ: khi bạn upload qua ứng dụng

2.2. Thông tin tự động thu thập

  • Thiết bị: mẫu máy, hệ điều hành, phiên bản app
  • Sử dụng: màn hình truy cập, hành động trong app (để cải thiện UX)

2.3. Thông tin không thu thập

  • Không thu thập vị trí GPS thực tế (chỉ địa điểm sự kiện bạn nhập tay)
  • Không truy cập danh bạ, lịch, micro
  • Không tracking cross-app

3. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin

  • Xử lý đặt dịch vụ, kết nối khách hàng với agent (nhà cung cấp)
  • Gửi xác nhận, thông báo trạng thái đặt lịch
  • Cải thiện chất lượng ứng dụng
  • Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật khi bạn liên hệ

4. Chia sẻ thông tin

  • Với agents (nhà cung cấp dịch vụ): chỉ chia sẻ thông tin cần thiết để thực hiện booking (tên, số điện thoại, địa điểm)
  • Không bán thông tin cho bên thứ ba
  • Theo yêu cầu pháp luật: chỉ khi có lệnh từ cơ quan có thẩm quyền

5. Bảo mật thông tin

  • Mật khẩu được mã hóa bằng bcrypt
  • Truyền tải dữ liệu qua HTTPS
  • Token xác thực lưu trong SecureStore (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)
  • Backend bảo vệ bởi Directus với role-based access control

6. Quyền của người dùng

Bạn có quyền:

  • Truy cập thông tin cá nhân của mình
  • Sửa hoặc xóa thông tin trong phần Hồ sơ của app
  • Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản bằng cách email support@vietdj.vn
  • Rút lại sự đồng ý xử lý dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào

7. Lưu trữ dữ liệu

  • Dữ liệu được lưu trên server tại Việt Nam
  • Tài khoản đã xóa được giữ trong 30 ngày trước khi xóa vĩnh viễn (để khôi phục nếu cần)

8. Trẻ em

Ứng dụng không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin từ trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.

9. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong ứng dụng và cập nhật ngày "Có hiệu lực từ" ở đầu trang.
