Frequently asked questionsHow do I delete my account?
Email a request to support@vietdj.vn from the registered email address. We will delete the account within 7 days.
I forgot my password — what should I do?
Email support to have your password reset. A self-serve "Forgot password" feature is coming in a future update.
How do I become an agent (service provider)?
Register an account, then email support to request the agent role. Our team will guide you through the onboarding process.
Can I cancel a booking I've already placed?
Open My bookings → select the booking → tap Cancel. If the booking is already confirmed by the agent, please contact the agent directly using the contact info in the booking.

Đăng ký tài khoản, sau đó liên hệ qua email để được nâng quyền agent. Đội ngũ sẽ hướng dẫn thêm về quy trình.
Booking đã đặt nhưng muốn hủy?
Vào mục Đặt lịch của tôi → chọn booking → bấm hủy. Trường hợp đã được agent xác nhận, vui lòng liên hệ trực tiếp với agent qua thông tin liên hệ trong booking.
